Silent consent.<\/strong> “Disagreement for the removal of organs, tissues and cells must be expressed in writing to the general practitioner by signing a statement approved by the Minister of Health on the proposal of the Executive Agency “Medical Supervision”.” (Art. 20)<\/p>\n
