Modalities of consent and dissent to donation and organs that can be donated<\/strong><\/h1>\n

-A person may express his\/her decision about organ donation in one of these ways:<\/p>\n

-by registering on sundhed.dk<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

-by filling out a donor card that must be carried at all times<\/p>\n

-by expressing a decision to family members<\/p>\n

Living donor:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The intervention may only be performed out if the deceased, after reaching the age of 15, has testified in writing and\/or orally that he\/she was willing to donate his\/her organs.<\/p>\n

If the deceased is under the age of 18, the intervention can only be carried out if the holder of parental responsibility has consented to the intervention.<\/p>\n

An intervention can only be made if the deceased person has never expressed his opposition to it, and his close relatives had given their consent. In the event that the deceased person leaves no close relatives, the intervention may not be performed.<\/p>\n

Post mortem organ donation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Consent may be given by any person who is more than 18 years of age.<\/p>\n

If there are specific reasons, the intervention may be performed on a person under 18 years of age with his consent, provided that such consent has received the approval of the person exercising parental authority.<\/p>\n

For a person who is under 15 years of age, the consent may be given by the holder of parental responsibility when: there is no suitable donor who has the ability to consent; the recipient is a brother, sister, child, parent or, in special cases, a close family member of the donor; the donation creates the opportunity to save the recipient’s life; the potential donor in question does not object.<\/p>\n

Organ that can be donated while alive:<\/strong> blood, bone marrow, kidney, part of liver (A parent can donate part of his\/her liver to his\/her child if the child is at a young age).<\/p>\n

Donazioni organi post mortem: <\/p>\n

L’intervento pu\u00f2 essere eseguito soltanto se la persona deceduta, dopo aver raggiunto i 15 anni di et\u00e0, abbia testimoniato per iscritto e\/o oralmente che era sua volont\u00e0 di donare gli organi. <\/p>\n

Se il defunto ha meno di 18 anni, l’intervento pu\u00f2 essere effettuato solo se il titolare della responsabilit\u00e0 genitoriale ha acconsentito all’intervento. <\/p>\n

Un prelievo pu\u00f2 essere effettuato solo se la persona deceduta non abbia mai espresso la sua contrariet\u00e0 alla donazione organi, e i suoi pi\u00f9 stretti parenti abbiano dato il loro consenso. Nel caso in cui la persona deceduta non abbia alcun parente, l’intervento non pu\u00f2 essere effettuato. <\/p>\n

Donazioni organi in vita: <\/p>\n

Il consenso pu\u00f2 essere espresso da qualsiasi persona che abbia pi\u00f9 di 18 anni di et\u00e0. <\/p>\n

Qualora sussistano specifiche ragioni, l’intervento pu\u00f2 essere effettuato su una persona minore di 18 anni con il suo consenso e purch\u00e9 tale consenso abbia ricevuto l’approvazione delle persone che esercitano la potest\u00e0 parentale. <\/p>\n

Nel caso di una persona di et\u00e0 inferiore ai 15 anni, il consenso pu\u00f2 essere dato dal titolare della responsabilit\u00e0 genitoriale quando ricorrono le seguenti condizioni: non c’\u00e8 un donatore adatto che abbia la capacit\u00e0 di acconsentire; il destinatario \u00e8 un fratello, una sorella, un figlio, un genitore o, in casi speciali, un parente stretto del donatore; la donazione crea la possibilit\u00e0 di salvare la vita del ricevente; il potenziale donatore in questione non si oppone. <\/p>\n
