Expression of consent or dissent to the donation and organs that can be donated

Silent consent. “Disagreement for the removal of organs, tissues and cells must be expressed in writing to the general practitioner by signing a statement approved by the Minister of Health on the proposal of the Executive Agency “Medical Supervision”.” (Art. 20)

Donable organs: organs, tissues and cells excluding blood and blood components, assisted reproduction (Art. 1)
